David manages a multi million pound budget as part of his work within his firm.

David has been the Chair of Governors for Manor Primary School for over 15 years - Manor Primary School is one of best performing schools in the country. David has taken responsibility for Performance Management, Target Setting and Development of Leadership at all levels.  He has led on SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) and PP (Pupil Premium) for several years - including implementing strategies that enable all SEND and PP children to achieve at least National Averages in all core subjects.

Anita has over 20 years Headteacher experience and is an accredited NLE (National Leader of Education). In her role as NLE she has supported many schools that Ofsted has deemed in "special measures" or "requires improvement" and helped them to secure "Good" and "Outstanding" judgements. Under Anita's leadership, Manor Primary School has maintained its status as one of the best performing schools in the country.
